After church today I was blowing out various candles and lamps, and noticed flames engulfing one side of my head. I was able to beat them out quickly, and didn’t get any serious burns, but I learned that a beard and bushy eyebrows need to be minded closely when around open flames.
Burnt hair smells terrible. A few people started sniffing and wondering if there was an electrical fire, and I had to tell them that it was just me going up in flames.
