I do all kinds of gourmet-y things with coffee: hand grind the beans, use an AeroPress, etc. It’s odd because above a certain base level I don’t much care what coffee tastes like. For years I used a Mr. Coffee and thought it worked just fine. Really, I just enjoy the rituals.
